Situated below our primary residence, this 675 sq ft space is freshly painted, and trimmed inside with local Douglas fir. The ceilings are 9 ft high thus adding to a sense of spaciousness. The main area windows on two of the walls provide plenty of natural light. There is a basic kitchenette with a fridge and freezer. Sorry no oven but a single induction burner, Ninja Crispi air fryer, Instapot, electric skillet, rice cooker, toaster or microwave to cook with inside the suite. Outside under an over-height covered deck is a propane BBQ with both a dining and couch seating area that is set up for your outdoor cooking and leisure. When the blackberries on the lawn edge are ripe please help yourself. The outside ocean and estuary views on the inside of the suite are also quite enjoyable.
