A ramp reaches the house on request, though not the hot tub itself, due to the gradient. The space The open-plan barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, with a log-burning stove in the sitting room and a smart TV. The kitchen has granite worktops, a Rangemaster range cooker, an island with bar stools and a table seating eight, plus underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms one and two have fixed king beds and en-suites; three and four have zip-and-link beds and share a family bathroom. Guest access Guests have full use of the barn. Two steps lead in from the parking area, with a ramp available on request; a further two steps lead up to the hot tub and games room, which the ramp does not reach, due to the gradient. Once inside, the property is single-storey throughout, with wide doorways and an accessible wet room. Private parking is provided for four cars on a gravel drive. Other things to note Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional charge. A cot and highchair are provided free of charge. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. A 30% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. Kingfisher sits alongside the neighbouring Dragonfly, together sleeping up to 16 guests for larger groups.
