Surrounded by the most gorgeous, landscaped gardens with secluded seating areas dotted around, this wonderful property is a haven for peace, quiet and relaxation. The space Accommodation- Entrance - Eight steps lead down from the parking area to Hazeldene. Entered via the utility/boot room with separate WC, there is ample room for kicking off your boots and flip flops! Kitchen / Dining Room - From the utility room you will enter the open plan kitchen and dining space with sliding doors out onto a decked balcony with amazing views. The smart kitchen with granite work surfaces and double Belfast sink, has a central island unit providing a great space for family meals and get togethers. There is a generous table with chairs as well as a corner sofa arrangement to take in the incredible views. Kitchen appliances include a Neff oven with combination microwave, electric induction hob, dishwasher and large fridge. A washing machine, separate tumble dryer and freezer are located in the adjacent utility room. Living Room - Off the kitchen, a spacious hallway leads to a second living room with TV and sliding patio door out onto a large decked balcony with yet more fabulous views. Two comfortable sofas surround a feature fireplace with wood burner for cosy nights in. Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom over looking the gardens, sea and coastline beyond. Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom over looking the gardens, sea and coastline beyond. Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with full size bunk beds (suitable for child or adult use). All bedrooms are carpeted with ample hanging and drawer space between them. Bathroom - Family bathroom WC with bath and handheld shower attachment, separate shower cubicle and basin. Shower Room - Shower room WC with large shower cubicle (small step up). Both bathrooms are fully tiled with heated towel rails and shaver points. General - Once inside this lovely property, there are no steps internally with all rooms located on one level. This property is heated by oil central heating with wood burner provided for supplementary heating. Other things to note Please Note- - A returnable security deposit of £300 is required - This property accommodates a maximum of 6 adults - please note - 2 adults will be using the full size bunk beds although there is a double sofa bed that can be used as an alternative to the bunk beds. Pets information: -£28 per pet per week taken after booking has been confirmed. - Welcomes two dogs of any size. - Whilst the garden is surrounded by hedging, there are parts where a dog could escape so we do not promote this garden as being fully enclosed.
