The space This is a beautiful new two level home. The upper level is spacious and well-lit with a living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer supplied with detergent. The family room has a sleeper bed couch and TV. Beautiful showers and tubs throughout. We provide all your linens, dishes, basic utensils and supplies, pots and pans. BBQ grill is provided. Relax on the large upper deck among the trees. The lower level has a master bedroom/bathroom. A room with a full size bed, another room with two bunk beds and a trundle. The great room has a sleeper sofa, dining table, kitchenette with three barstools and a TV. This kitchenette also comes equipped with everything you need to dine-in. We offer a double induction cooktop, counter top oven, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, and hot water kettle. There is also a laundry room with another full size washer and dryer. Interior stairs connect both levels. This lower level has its own keyless entry and the stairwell can be locked to keep both the levels separate. Enjoy sitting outside in this lower level under a 700 sq ft covered patio. There is NO lower garage access. Guest access Whole house-upstairs and down, and property.
