The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room and a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room. Outside there is rear enclosed garden with patio, furniture, and swimming pool, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.9 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub. Please Note: Orgreave Cottage has access to the swimming pool which is part of the Orgreave House estate, typically this is available from end of April/mid-May to September (weather dependent). Note the swimming pool is part of the main residence and access times are as follows: Mon- Friday 9-12 pm and 3-6pm Saturday and Sunday 9-12 pm (flexibility can be discussed upon request prior to booking). Please Note: Tennis court available on request, Tennis court (accessed via the rear of the property) - booking and equipment available upon request. Please Note: The property cannot accept children under 8 year olds mid may sept 8-7.
