LOFT OVERLOOKING THE SEA (Unit 39) It has a balcony and is open to the oceanfront. Inside a condominium, located on a private coastal beach and access to the sea. Equipped kitchen, air-conditioning. A single large room, divided by glass doors and curtains, that can accommodate up to 4 people. Airy and bright, amidst the vegetation of the Atlantic Forest and the sea, you will be in a cozy and private place! Access is by stairs. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The space LOFT OVERLOOKING THE SEA Very beautiful view! The loft is fully equipped, very comfortable. We have a very large parking lot. Easy access by stairs to our private coastal beach, with pebbles, stones and a small strip of sand, we have a very large deck over the sea and a smaller one with two accesses to facilitate entering the water; the sea is always transparent! Very safe location, with lots of green area, wooded, plants, many birds, squirrels, a very private location and at the same time close to everything. We preserve the silence and tranquility of the place. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Because we are at the end of a cul-de-sac, the place is quiet and the parking lot is open. The Condominium offers a private coastal beach with a solarium area; two wooden decks over the sea on the beach/coast with chairs and tables by the sea, an area with sun and wooded areas forming shade.... Great for swimming, diving, kayaking, stand up paddle and water sports in general. To access the beach there is a staircase in the middle of our garden. It is a coastal beach, where we removed the stones and formed pebbles and little sand, facilitating entry into the sea. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. We have a buoy for boats. We do not allow overnight stays for boats without a reservation or prior notice. Other things to note House rules: if you turn on the air conditioning, close the doors and windows, if you are going out, turn off the air conditioning. We do not allow babies and children in this unit; Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet. We do not allow parties, loud noise is not allowed! We observe the law of silence, from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. it is not allowed to make excessive noise such as: loud sounds, shouting, whistling; help maintain the tranquility of the place, respecting the rules.
