Access via external stairs to the entrance of the house. FIRST FLOOR, where we can find: - LIVING ROOM: Room with access to terrace, spacious and very bright, with 2 sofas (3+2 seats), smart TV (55”) and table with 6 chairs. - KITCHEN: Fully equipped (vitro, oven, combi, dishwasher, microwave,...). - DINING ROOM: Between the kitchen and living room, in a separate room, there is a dining room, with a table for 6 people. - TOILET: In which we can find the washing machine, thermos, a toilet and sink. FIRST FLOOR, which contains the 4 bedrooms that the house has and 2 bathrooms (both with bathtubs). - BEDROOM 1: With a 135cm bed, bathroom and large window with access to a small balcony.- BEDROOM 2: With a 135cm bed, and views of the outdoor terrace and garden.- BEDROOM 3: With 2 90cm beds and views of the beach.- BEDROOM 4: With 2 90cm beds, large dressing room and views of the garden. -BATHROOM: Independent from the rooms, with toilet and bidet in a separate room from the sink and bathtub.
