A cottage with privacy, charm, comfort and security, excellent location, 300 meters from Perequê beach. With full kitchen, refrigerator, stove/oven and utensils. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, fan and flat-screen TV, which integrate with the charming covered balcony's wooden deck. Upstairs, the bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioning. We have an electric fence around the perimeter and a parking space for one vehicle, as well as a barbecue area and a small service area. The space The Orquidea cottage is very charming and comfortable, it will provide you with a very pleasant experience. Ideal for couples or up to 4 people. With a high gate, locked with keys, an electric fence, which provides you with greater security and privacy. The bedroom is on the top floor of the chalet, has air-conditioning, double box bed. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed with single-density 33 mattresses for two people. Next to the living room, we have a very charming outdoor area with a hammock for relaxing. Our kitchen has all the necessary utensils for those who like to cook. We have a garage for one car, shower and barbecue grill. Your pet will also be welcome and will be in a safe and secure location! We do not offer bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and blankets), table linen (tablecloth and dishcloth) and bath linen (bath and face towels). We only have pillows! Guest access We don't have shared areas! Other things to note We accept quiet, small to medium-sized dogs, a maximum of two and that do not destroy anything in the house. We expect them to relieve themselves on the street or on a sanitary mat!
