The main living room and kitchen are shared along with the two outdoor pool areas in the Main Courtyard and Rooftop Terrace. The Valencia Room also has access to an additional, shared verandah at Del Sol. Amenities in the Valencia Room include: a 32 " Roku Smart TV, 110v/220v electricity, a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.. Guest access In addition to the small appliances in the room, guests have full access to the shared main kitchen, living/dining areas and washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on Del Sol's shared verandah as well as the Main Courtyard and Rooftop Terrace. Guests also have full access to the two shared swimming pools in the Main Courtyard and the Rooftop Terrace. During your stay We personally meet all of our guests upon their arrival to give a quick tour/orientation of the bed and breakfast as well as the grounds. Other things to note Continental Breakfast Supplies (bread, butter, preserves, eggs, coffee, tea, milk, and juice) are included in the room rate and placed in the room's mini-fridge for your convenience. Beach towels and complimentary Wash and Fold Service are provided. Local meal and grocery services are available. A la carte Room Service (limited hours) menus for breakfast and lunch/dinner are available upon request.
