The space 4 bedroom The house features: o King: master o Full & bunk beds (bedroom 2) o bunk beds (bedroom 3) o King, full (bedroom 4 in basement) • sleeps up to 12 people • 2 full baths, 1 half bath • washer/dryer • wireless internet • TV's • living room • dining room • Rec Room • full kitchen with all your appliance needs • Outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit • swing set • waterfront (dock, kayaks, paddle boat and water toys available for tenants use). • No pets • No smoking Guest access no use of the garage or the closet under the stairs. No use of sheds out back. Other things to note • Do not flush any feminine products, trash, paper towels, disposable wipes/baby wipes down the toilets. They are to be disposed of in the garbage. • Keep all flammable materials away from heating units in the house. (Electric baseboard heating) • Fire pit may be used under adult supervision with the wood provided by owners. NO USE WHEN BURN BAN IS IN AFFECT. • Smoking is prohibited in the Lake House. • NO pets allowed.
