The farmhouse also has heating, wifi in one of the ground floor apartments, two baby beds, one high chair and private parking. The space Outdoors and Swimming pool The farmhouse is on a hillside, immersed in nature with a great view of the surrounding hills. The 1000 sq. m. garden is full of cotto vases, flowers, bushes and trees, and is completely enclosed with hedges and fences, and there are also 10 hectares of non-enclosed land where you can go on long walks. The swimming pool is in a panoramic, calm position in front of the farmhouse, and is 5.5 x 18 metres with a depth of 1.4 metres, with a raised section with two hydromassage jets and a waterfall. The pool is surrounded by a paved bathing area with 10 sunbeds, 6 deck chairs, 2 umbrellas, 4 tables and an outdoor living room, as well as an outdoor warm water shower. Guests will also find a ping-pong table, a stonework barbecue, a ground floor loggia with table and chairs and a panoramic terrace on the first floor with tables, chairs and two umbrellas. Interior The whole farmhouse is about 340 sq. m. and is made up of 5 separate apartments, in two separate buildings that are side by side. It has been restored with care, maintaining a traditional Umbrian style with typical rustic furniture which create a charming, relaxing atmosphere complete with every commodity.
