"La Montsiña" is a townhouse located in the center of Cómpeta, in the heart of Malaga's Axarquía. In its recent renovation, attention has been paid to every last detail, choosing natural materials and filling each room with light, resulting in a cozy and simple Mediterranean-style house that invites you to rest and enjoy the surrounding environment. An excellent place for nature activities. The space It can accommodate 5 people, allowing a maximum of 4 adults, in order to guarantee a more comfortable stay. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a twin bed). It has a kitchen that opens to the living room, from which you can access a small terrace. In the upper part, you can enjoy a pleasant second panoramic terrace with excellent views of the village and the mountain, from which you can see La Maroma, the highest peak in Malaga. Guest access It is very well located in the center of Cómpeta and a short walk from the Plaza Almijara, its most important meeting point. There is free public parking (covered and outdoor) just a few meters from the house. In the same area, you will find a health center, a pharmacy, home decor stores, a supermarket, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, etc. Other things to note It's a renovated house with a lot of enthusiasm.
