The property consists of a main house with 5 bedrooms and a separate annexe with 1 bedroom, bathroom and an extra kitchen and living area. Unwind in style with our private heated pool and hot tub, where you can relax and rejuvenate while surrounded by the picturesque landscape. The gardens invite you to savor al fresco dining or bask in the sun with a good book. Inside the main house are 5 bedrooms and several large living spaces. On the ground floor the entrance leads you onto both the formal living space with exposed beams and fully operational fireplace, and also the dining area, with space to seat 12 in total. Off the dining room is a large kitchen fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to cook for the whole party. Leading off the kitchen is a large conservatory with additional dining space, ideal for breakfasts overlooking the garden, in addition to a living area. The bifolding doors from the conservatory lead onto the garden with pool and hot tub right outside! There is a double bedroom located on the ground floor along with two cloakrooms. Upstairs are 4 additional bedrooms, each with their own unique feel. The master featuring a king bed and ensuite shower room, 2 further king bedrooms and a twin room with two single beds. The latter three share a bathroom with a bath shower. Across the courtyard is the separate annexe with private bedroom with king bed, in addition to its own bathroom with both a bath and shower. The annexe has its own kitchen and living space so is ideal for those guests looking for a little extra privacy on the trip! Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the historic town of Chichester, you'll have easy access to charming shops, delectable dining options, and cultural attractions. If a day by the sea beckons, the beach is also a mere 5-minute drive away, offering a perfect balance of rural tranquility and coastal excitement.
