Little ones play on the beach, while older ‘kids’ jump off the dock, all enjoy a fireside marshmallow roast at sunset and a volleyball game in the morning. Kitchen space for more than one cook at a time, and terraces to sit and watch all the activity from a distance if you prefer. Lake Chandos is the largest land locked lake in the Kawartha's. There is a public boat launch, and 3 Marinas if you have a boat. Apsley is the nearby town (<10 km), and you will find Sayers Grocery Store, and IDA, a public library, and other local businesses. The beach is equipped with chairs, sand toys and an umbrella. The water off the dock is about 6'. Life jackets, beach towels and a Kayak are available for use. Large open kitchen for cooking for your family group, with a BBQ nearby on the deck. Dine inside or outside on the terrace.
