A quiet retreat in the heart of the park overlooking a valley where horses and cows graze freely. The property consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, double living room, large kitchen with fireplace. There is a caretaker, Luca, who lives in an independent annex next to the main house. The space The property consists of a two-story main villa with 3 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, double living room with fireplace and kitchen, all surrounded by a hectare of garden, ensuring privacy and peace. Inside, the country-style and refined furnishings make the environment comfortable and informal. In the living room, sofas and armchairs offer plenty of seating in front of an antique brick fireplace. The rustic and chic atmosphere continues in the dining room and in the large kitchen, also with a fireplace, fully equipped and opens onto a terrace overlooking the valley. The master suite located on the first floor has a double bed, an internal bathroom, a whirlpool tub and a spectacular window overlooking the valley. On the ground floor are the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a French double bed (a little smaller than our double), each with an internal bathroom. The restaurants in the Formello and Sacrofano area are excellent. If you want to take a trip there are many nearby cities such as Rome 25 km away, Nepi 17 km away, Tivoli 33 km away. The nearest airport is Fiumicino, 40 km away. Guest access The farmhouse is easily reached by car, there is no convenient public transport nearby. The nearest COTRAL stop is in Via Formelle (MONTE QUADRARO STOP), 200 meters from the villa. The house is located on the road between Fornello and Sacrofano, after a small stretch of dirt road you arrive at the farmhouse surrounded by nature. Other things to note The last stretch of road to get to the villa is a dirt road. Heating in the winter months (from November to March) has an extra cost of 30 euros per day.
