The space Living Room: Step into the inviting living room, where plush seating invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a sofa and 1 sofa bed which folds out to a double bed, smart TV, and side tables. Kitchen: The open kitchen diner is perfect for socializing and enjoying meals together, equipped with all the essentials including a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, pots, and a fridge with a freezer. Additionally, it comes complete with silverware and glassware, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy ambiance.Venture outside through the patio doors and discover our charming garden oasis, complete with a patio area for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sunshine. With 2.5 bathrooms, including a convenient downstairs WC, there's no need to worry about queuing for the shower in the morning. And for added convenience, amenities such as a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and drying rail are provided. Parking is a breeze with space for two vehicles in the private drive, ensuring you can easily explore the surrounding area or venture further afield. Bedroom 2 - 3 Single beds (OR 1 king bed and 1 single) Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds All our beds are dressed with luxurious 200 thread count cotton linen. THE BATHROOMS We take pride in our two full-size bathrooms, each equipped with both a bathtub or a shower. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our townhouse provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. Other things to note Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we collect ID and Damage Deposit to know our guest. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver. Additional guests over 4 are charged at a rate of £5 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided. A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
