It is a newly built two-storey house, with a spacious interior of 150 sq. m., offering its own private pool. The spacious maisonette consists of two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests. Each level offers an independent apartment with a private entrance. Guests will be having access to both apartments, regardless of the number of people booking the accommodation. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There are also two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with two single beds that can be joined into a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms with showers and private balconies. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a cozy living room with dining area and kitchen facilities and two more bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and private bathrooms with shower. One room also offers wonderful views of the sea while the other has a balcony overlooking the surrounding area. A turquoise heated swimming pool is the star of the house's exterior. It includes a hydromassage function and it is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for your relaxation. The beach spreads before you and is easily accessible thanks to its shallow and clear waters. Benefit also from the built barbecue located in the garden, as well as from the private parking area. *The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival. **If you wish to use the heated function of the pool, a notice of at least 5 days prior arrival is required.
