The space The apartment is at ground floor of an ancient building and is equipped with air-conditioning. It is composed of a large living room with double sofa bed and a very modern kitchen with induction hob, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a large shower area and low-impact hygiene products. Complete the apartment a master bedroom. The apartment is in a strategic location, in the heart of Monopoli, bordering the Parco Lama Belvedere. The area is well served by the small neighboring shops, the nearest supermar-ket is 100 meters away. It is perfect for couples looking for a romantic and cozy home and, although being a few meters from pubs and restaurants, is a quiet place for stay. This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello and Ostuni or the wonderful beaches of Monopoli at 1,4 km. Guest access The guests, during their stay, have full and exclusive access to the entire building. The pool is cleaned and checked daily at the time agreed with the guest. Any occupancy not reported on the reservation form is deemed unauthorized and will be subject to the the immediate termination of the rental agreement. For turnover purposes arrivals must be after 4pm and departures before 10am. Alternative arrival and departure times are honored strictly through prior arrangement. Early occupation or late departure without consent is subject to an equivalent of one day’s rental. Other things to note We will ask you to sign a simple tourist rental agreement of which will be given copies. As per the italian laws, passport of each guests will be requested by the owner at arrival in order to proceed with the legal registration of guests at the police office.
