Qualicum Beach Detached house, pet friendly

Bright cheery colourful residence, in a quiet neighbourhood. Access whole house, newly renovated, one bedroom with queen bed, laundry available, tub and separate shower with 1.5 bathrooms, wifi, heat pump, propane fireplace. pet friendly fenced yard, wooded walking trails, back deck with fire ring, BBQ, 5 minutes to beach, downtown Qualicum Beach,three golf courses in immediate area, I DO LIVE IN THIS HOUSE. It’s not a separate rental only suite. I move out to my RV when you are here. The space This is a single story home two steps into building. New appliances, huge 6 burner gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, access to laundry. Heat pump and propane fireplace. Fenced yard, back deck with BBQ. Parking onsite. This is not a rental only suite. I do live in this house full time so there will be personal items in the house. I move out to my RV onsite when you rent the home. I work in my attached studio while you are here. There is a door separating the two spaces. I also use the side patio in the mornings for my coffee and you are more than welcome to join me! I have a small dog and occasional grand-dogs visitors. All are well trained and friendly Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house. There is a lock box on the side Studio entrance to access the key. You are encouraged to use the front door entrance. The deck access to the fenced back yard has stairs down to the lawn. The main entrance has two steps into the main house. There is a side patio available to use as well. There will be some bookings when I am in residence and I live in my RV on the property. Other times I am ‘scarce’ or away. I do work in my attached studio most days. Other things to note We are on a septic system so please be conscientious about what you flush! If you have a dog please pick up after your pet.
