Villa Timeless Elegance is located in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena, just minutes from San Gimignano. Built in the early 1900s, it boasts original terracotta floors, ceilings with frescoes, and wooden beams. The villa accommodates a maximum of 15 people, enjoys panoramic views, a swimming pool, a garden and Wi-Fi. The entire place is at your private disposal. You can't imagine that a piece of paradise is in the heart. Extra services: chef, breakfast, bicycles, home massages and more The space The VILLA (ON TWO FLOORS) 1) GROUND FLOOR: Large entrance elegantly furnished with sofa and coffee table. In front of you, a massive and evocative stone staircase (on the right) and the large corridor (on the left) that lead you to the DINING AREA where you will find a large table, an ancient crib full of dishes, cutlery, tablets and everything you need to eat meals. Next to the dining area is the KITCHEN with a large classic Tuscan FIREPLACE and all the modern comforts and stoves necessary to prepare food. Here you will also find a table, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer. In the kitchen, there is also a door that leads to the back of the garden with access to the laundry area and the annex where there are two bedrooms (one double and one queen) and two bathrooms. The Kitchen and Dining Area both have a large Panoramic Window overlooking the Tuscan Countryside. In fact, the back of the Villa is in a higher position than the front where the main garden is located. From the windows, you can enjoy a view as if you were on top of a hill. On the ground floor of the Villa there is also a super large, luxurious and super cozy LIVING ROOM with many sofas, armchairs, a large table, a desk, a large TV, and there is also an authentic foosball table!! The romantic living area has 4 large windows, so it is a really bright and relaxed environment, ideal for reading a book but also for playing cards or watching TV with the rest of the family or friends. The terracotta floor and ceiling (vaults with blown wooden beams) are spectacular. All the furniture in the Villa is antique and valuable. 2) FIRST FLOOR: Here you will find 3 bathrooms and 6 BEDROOMS, one of which has 2 single beds and one single. The double room has a French window to enter a fantastic super large terrace with breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills and wheat fields! A total of 11 people can sleep in the main building plus 4 in the annex. Annex house on the same land as the villa LA ANNEX HOUSE (A smaller annex in the same garden of the property very close to the main building of the villa) there are 2 double BEDROOMS, 2 bathrooms and a small living room Being a country house, we have a well, so the water is not drinkable even if there is a chlorine purification system. THE GARDEN: A true Tuscan-style garden completely hidden by a green and thick hedge! Here you will find an equipped swimming pool (5x12 meters), sunbeds, umbrellas and gazebo with table ideal for your breakfasts. Another large table perfect for dining outdoors for up to 15 people in a quiet environment. A barbecue and ping pong table are also at your disposal. In the garden, there are many flowers of different colors such as lavender, roses, and many other species of plants, including some large trees and a beautiful green lawn all around the pool area. Outside there is a large table for 15 people WEDDING: A FEW MINUTES FROM THE VILLA, our CANTINA SAN DONNINO (San Donnino Winery) where you can CELEBRATE YOUR WEDDING IMMERSED IN THE VINEYARDS OF CHIANTI. Upon request, it is possible to increase the total occupancy to 19 people by paying a surcharge, you can rent a house next to the villa for 4 people. Guest access Our guests have private and exclusive access to the entire property and all its indoor and outdoor spaces! Everything is private, from the garden to the pool, etc. In the villa, you will find everything you need to spend a wonderful and unforgettable stay! You will find (already prepared for you) bed linen and towels, Tablet, Cutlery and Stoves... in the kitchen, everything... just like at home!! Not being in the city but in the countryside, we have a well and the water is not drinkable but can be used for cooking, washing, etc. The water in our well is controlled and monitored. The well is equipped with filters that are changed every month.
