Ideal for those who enjoy contact with nature in a rustic environment, tranquility, birdsong and the sound of the estuary water as it falls. Summer sunrises are breathtakingly beautiful. 300 meters from the main road that connects Valdivia (15 min drive) and the Valdivian coast (3 min Niebla) with beaches, exquisite cuisine, culture and more. The space The house is new, 2 floors and 85 m2, very bright. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an American kitchen, laundry, comfortable living room, with comfortable spaces in general. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and balcony with a wonderful view of the Valdivia River, where you can see nature and the picturesque river traffic. The courtyard is not shared and in addition to the view of the river it borders the Valdivian forest with its charm of sounds and aromas. Our decoration consists of engravings, paintings and illustrations made by local artists. We have Internet, Smart TV, automatic ignition heater and excellent water pressure. Guest access Front yard overlooking the Valdivia River and private patio facing the forest. Other things to note It is possible to request breakfast or another meal of the day as agreed. On request we can offer kuchenes made with local fruit, so typical of the southern Chilean onces. If this is the case, we have support to communicate in French and English.
