4 star holiday home in HENÅN The space Newly built detached house near beautiful Nösund! Welcome to this newly built detached house (2023) located on the nice owners' plot. Here you live in very beautiful nature bordering forests and meadows. Perfect for the smaller family or group that wants to live in a scenic and seaside environment with proximity to many sights and attractions on the West Coast. A charming and well-equipped cabin of 30 m² with its own terrace, outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill is offered here - everything for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The cottage has a cozy family room with a small sofa and dining table. The kitchen is well planned and offers all the essentials despite the compact surface, including a real oven and hob. The small bedroom has two single beds (a´80 cm) that can be moved together to form a double bed if necessary. The bedroom has no door, but a curtain for privacy and a window with a blackout curtain. The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, wash basin, WC and a top-loading washing machine. The sleeping loft is reached via a steep ladder. Up here, there is a mattress (160x180 cm) on the floor under the pitched roof, which creates a high coziness factor for older children. Note that the loft has no boundary fence, so be careful. Explore the nearby nature and enjoy Nösund's nice bathing spot, just 5 km away. Here you will find sun-warmed rocks, jetties and bathing ladders as well as a lovely salty sea surrounded by verdant nature. Don't forget to bring clothespins, string and a bucket so the children can fish for crabs from the jetty. Only 3 km from the cottage there is a small service shop/tack for necessary purchases. For larger purchases, you can go to Varekil (11 km) or Ellös (10 km). Other popular excursion destinations include Pilane (31 km), Göksäter (6 km), Skärhamn's watercolor museum (34 km) and day trips to picturesque Gullholmen, Käringön or Mollösund. Feel free to make an excursion to the nearby picturesque island of Lyr (14km) which can be reached by free car ferry with a crossing in just 3 minutes. The summer in Orust offers many treats in the form of festivals and events. The big city Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg 80 km.
