Costa Rica Retreat

The condo was built in 2004 and includes all modern conveniences. It is fully furnished, with all kitchen items and linens. State of the art building materials were used in the construction, which include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile throughout. The pool and sundeck are just steps from the front door and the ocean is about 'one block' from you! In addition, the unit is a secure, walled property with a guard station at the entrance. There is no charge for the howler monkeys which were in the trees surrounding the property, when we visited in August. The condo is easy walking distance to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and fresh fruit market. Short walk to kayaking, sailing, fishing, snorkeling. Iguanas, monkeys, green parrots are all present and common. Tours easily available to the cloud forest, volcanoes, jungle river cruises, leatherback turtles, and hanging bridges etc. Keywords: Condominium
