It's in a quiet neighborhood called "Las Colinas," surrounded by nature, giving you lots of privacy. Plus, it's only 15 minutes from the beach and downtown Sitges. Perfect for a fun and relaxed family retreat! The Space: The villa is distributed on two floors, with four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. Downstairs there is another fully equipped open kitchen, a living room that can do the bedroom with sofa bed and a large living room. Guest Access: The garden has an area equipped with outdoor dining tables, armchairs and umbrellas to enjoy meals with family or friends, the Mediterranean climate and be able to sunbathe in a relaxed way. The home has a home automation system. The home automation system controls the electrical items of the home.
