The sleeping area consists of2 double bedrooms, one with TV and air conditioner, the other with air conditioner, sea view window and en suite shower room. The apartment is semi-independent, as there is a closed door separating it from the one below. The beach, both free and with equipped private lidos, is right below the house. The center of Torre Lapillo, with all the most important services, is only 7 km away. The resort of Torre Colimena, just 3 km away, is also very close. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Water not drinkable. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 150 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
