From the balcony you come into the living room where you can find a large comfortable "chaise" style sofa in front of the flat screen TV and free internet access, ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the beach. This large, modern and comfortable kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave,kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and coffee maker plus plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, to self cater a wonderful holiday. Behind the kitchen there is a double bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage space and a family bathroom with a shower. Stairs down lead up to 2 more bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There are wardrobes and storage space.There is a further full family bathroom with shower on this floor. The property has air conditioning throughout ( also with heating mode), in the living room, kitchen and 1st bedroom. One of the bedrooms downstairs has a ceiling ventilator. the other bedroom has a portable air conditioning unit. To complex has a communal pool just 20m away, which is secure and for residents of the complex only. The property has its own parking space in the underground garage that is only accessible for residents. Smoking outside on terrace only, pets are permitted in this property. Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments.
