La Badia

Comfortable apartment located in a historic Abbey from the year 1000, restored in 1980. La Badia is a small Benedictine Abbey immersed in a park of centuries-old olive trees. Located on the ground floor, there is a mezzanine for the sleeping area. There are various services inside the cloister such as tennis courts, swimming pool and laundry area. Green area where you can eat outside, where there is a barbecue for common use. Reserved non-covered parking outside the property. The space The internal space is divided as follows, into 60 m2 of space: LIVING AREA. Dining table, fireplace (NOT working) and kitchen equipped with three burners and an electric hob, fridge and freezer, moka, microwave oven, toaster, centrifuge, blender, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. BATH. Bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. There are steps to access the tub. View of the enchanting Lake Trasimeno. BEDROOM. Double sofa bed and smart TV. Mezzanine with double bed. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, two portable fans, iron and ironing board, clothesline. Swimming pool for shared use (OPENING DAYS: from 1 June to 15 September) with changing room and showers. Laundry area with washing machine. ATTENTION: Free parking reserved for guests not covered, outside the property. Short uphill stretch to reach the entrance to the Abbey is noted.
