The ideal place for families and friends! This is the only residence in the vicinity of Praia Fluvial da Canaveias, which allows a stay in complete privacy, without sharing interior spaces with third parties. Here, it is possible to enjoy meals on an 8 meter long balcony, or wake up to fantastic views of Serra da Lousã, Vila Nova do Ceira and the Ceira River. Private lawned garden with outdoor furniture (sun loungers and outdoor armchairs). Barbecue on request. The space The house has on the ground floor a great living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, laundry, microwave, gas hob, Delta coffee machine, toaster, coffee maker). It also has a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor it has 1 bathroom with bathtub and 3 good bedrooms: 1 bedroom facing the street with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and 2 bedrooms overlooking Serra da Lousã, Vila Nova do Ceira and Rio Ceira (one of the bedrooms has 1 double bed, and the other bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It also has an 8m long balcony. For the safety of young children, the stairs (exterior and interior) have protective barriers. Capacity is 8 people (3 double beds and 2 single beds). However, for the greater comfort of our guests, we are accepting reservations for a maximum of 6 people (for different requests, please contact us - provide extra payment for each additional person). Other things to note There is a small cafe with a minimarket 20 meters from the house. The baker's van and the fishmonger's van spend several days a week in front of the house. The center of Vila Nova do Ceira is a 10-minute walk away, where you can find the Main Church, 1 pharmacy, 1 butcher, 1 supermarket, 1 bakery, 1 florist, 2 cafes and 1 ATM.
