Charming and tastefully decorated, the property is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs. The living room is modern and well-lit, featuring a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a desk providing a dedicated workspace for those who need it, a TV and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. There is also a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air and city views. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms are furnished with convenient storage units and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The Queen-size bedroom features a single sofa bed, while the other with two single beds boasts an ensuite bathroom. We can prepare this room as a double bed under request. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
