Getting Around: The property is approximately 122 km | 76 mi from the Cancun Airport and 42 km | 26 mi from the new Tulum International Airport. Just let us know! - Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise. - Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. Interaction with Guests: Upon arrival, you’ll need to first stop by the security booth to register and show your ID. The unit is a self-check-in unit using a code to access the keys in the lockbox.
