This is a feel good perfect spot for friends and families who want to be close enough to enjoy the beauty and fun of DT Charleston or take a trip to one of the local beaches. Enjoy a glass of wine outside, or have some family fun n the game area. Whether you are staying in or going out, fun awaits! Rental Agreement will contain house rules- this must be signed and returned the day of booking. No exceptions. Security Deposit: $250- returned as soon as the property is checked after departure as long as the property is in the same condition as when you arrive. :-)
