This newly renovated space combines a bohemian and modern style, offering a perfect retreat to relax and explore the Alt Empordà region. You'll also have a lovely 25 m² private rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying a sunset with a glass of wine. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay: - Sleeping area: A comfortable queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress and a single futon sofa bed. - Fully equipped kitchen: Equipped with all the dishes, pots, and pans you need to prepare your own meals. We've also provided chocolate, tea, and a sample of speciality coffee from our family-run Manhattan Coffees. - Living room: Relax in the living room, which features a Smart TV where you can access your favourite streaming services. - Private terrace: Furnished with a table and chairs so you can dine al fresco while enjoying the views. Guest access You'll have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment. This includes the studio, kitchen, bathroom, and rooftop terrace. The property has a separate entrance to ensure your privacy and comfort from the moment you arrive. Other things to note The location is ideal for exploring the best of the Girona province. You'll be just 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. We can accommodate a third guest on the sofa bed, but please note that, being an open-plan space of 40 m², space and privacy will be limited.
