Sunnycote is set over three floors and consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with gas range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for sixteen guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV and an electric stove-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a king-size, a double, a twin and two family rooms with a king-size and two singles, serviced by a bathroom, shower room, ground-floor shower room, second-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Up to four well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available.
