Spacious contemporary ground-floor villa sleeping 9 guests in 4 bedrooms is ideal for a family holiday, group of friends staying together in the Charente area just outside Chalais, a 15 minutes drive from the 'beau village' of Aubeterre sur Dronne. The villa has a saline heated pool and is located on a small private holiday domain with tennis courts, petanque & pingpong. The area is known for its quiet french villages, undulating hills and valleys, local freshwater lakes & sandy river beaches. The space Villa Le Charme is a ground-floor villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 2 toilets. The living/dining room and kitchen are open plan and air-conditioned. There are 2 double bedrooms (with double beds) and 2 triple rooms (1 with 3 single beds, 1 with 1 double and 1 single bed). The bedrooms have fans (and are not individually air-conditioned) and shutters. Outside there is a large (not enclosed) lawned garden with a decked covered terrace and wooden decked area around the heated saline pool. There are sunloungers, a dining table with chairs and 2 BBQ's. In front of the villa there is space for 4 cars. Guest access This is a private villa. Communal areas include the tennis courts, petanque area and ping-pong table. You can enter the domain via an access code which will open the gates. You will be given also a key-code to enter the villa upon your arrival.
