A very nice and fresh holiday home with an excellent location in the beautiful summer town of Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and open with a dining area. There is a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed - extra bed with room for 2 people. Here is a TV and place for lazy evenings. There are two bedrooms in the house. One with a single bed and one with a bunk bed and a bed. Next to the house is a guest cottage with 4 more beds. A bunk bed and a double bed via a day bed. Perfect if you are more than one family or have older children who want to live on their own. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis padel and mingolf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk. The house has 5 bicycles that you are welcome to borrow and use. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths.
