All Done - Pet Friendly; New for 2024!

Welcome to "All Done!" - a fabulous vacation home located on Chincoteague Island! Enjoy all the fine features this charming abode has to offer, and remember, you're renting the *entire* place which means you don't have to share! After all, this is... #WhereGreatVacationsHappen ...on Virginia's Eastern Shore! The space All Done is located on the popular East Side Road, just minutes from downtown, Maddox Blvd (Beach Road), Memorial Park and the beach on Assateague Island. There are snippet water views of the Assateague Lighthouse and Channel. It is a brand-new home just built in Spring of 2024, and features an open first floor plan joining the kitchen, dining and living rooms into one, as well as a first floor bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 more bedrooms including individual full bathrooms, with a walk-in shower in the primary bedroom. There is a spacious laundry room also conveniently located on the second level. The outside of All Done includes a screened porch on the side of the home, and a spacious front porch with ample rockers to enjoy the sunsets over the tree line. There is also a charcoal grill, a large yard for games and parking for up to 4 cars. Guest access Door access code will be emailed prior to your arrival, as well as texted to the phone number on file on the day of your arrival. Other things to note - Linens and towels are included with your reservation. - No smoking is permitted on the premises. - Pets are permitted with a pet fee per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. - Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year. - Guests are required to sign a 'Guest Rental Agreement' outside of the Airbnb platform. This document is emailed for review after making your reservation.
