🏡 Anchor 14 family home - ideal for the whole family! In a quiet but beautiful location in the back of the park, you will find our Anchor 14 family home. The ideal location to discover all the beauty of Fryslân. Relax and enjoy the peaceful serenity of our beautiful waterfront location. Enjoy peace and quiet on the outskirts (approx. 750m) of the cozy water sports village of Akkrum. Family houses in recreation park Tusken de Marren are only offered for recreational use. It is not permitted to rent to individuals who are under the age of 21. Holding parties, such as student parties, bachelor parties, and drinking parties, is strictly prohibited. Tusken de Marren reserves the right to inquire in advance by telephone about the reason for the stay and to subsequently decide to cancel the reservation. It may also happen that Tusken de Marren ends the stay early if the above is the case. Please note that no charges or unpaid rent for the unused portion of the lease will be refunded. 🛋️ Living room with open kitchen Upon entering, you step into the connected living rooms with an open kitchen. The living rooms each have a dining and sitting area for entertaining guests and spending time with family. Enjoy a good book in the armchair, or watch an exciting show together from the couch. In fine weather, open the French doors that give access to the (covered) terrace. The open kitchens include a stove, a cooker hood, a dishwasher, a combi microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer drawer, a (filter) coffee maker, and a kettle. 💤🚿 Bedrooms and bathroom The family home has seven bedrooms, five on the first floor and two upstairs. The bedrooms are equipped with twin box-spring beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made for the reserved number of guests. In addition, the house has three bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the upper floor. The bathrooms have a shower with a bathroom cabinet, a mirror, and a (separate) toilet. 🌳 Garden with expansive views The Anchor family homes are beautifully situated in the back of our recreation park. Outside you have a lovely garden equipped with patio furniture where you can enjoy a panoramic wide view of the meadows. The terraces of the linked Anchor houses are separated by large planters. The property is situated not on a waterway but on an indoor pond.  There is space for two cars in the private parking lot at the house. 💡 Further information Your stay includes the use of free Wi-Fi. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Pets (max. 2) are allowed in this accommodation. We offer a bread roll service at the reception where you can pick up fresh rolls every day (provided you have ordered a day in advance). There is also a laundry room behind the reception building with a washer and dryer that you can use for a fee. Are you coming in the winter months? Late season or have a day of Dutch wet weather? Even then you will not be bored! Visit one of the pleasant (Elf) towns or villages in the area. Tourist attractions include Sneek, Leeuwarden, Terhorne, Joure and, for example, Grou.
