The recently renovated Mary House apartment is located on the ground floor of a small building and is introduced by agarden equippedwith a table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue for outdoor dining. The interiors of the house are modern, with brand new furniture. They consist of living room with dining area, open kitchen, sofa and TV,1 double bedroom,1 twin bedroomwith single beds, 1 full shower room and a storage room. Where it is located Mary House Vacation house Mary House is located in the town of Talsano, a small town south of Taranto, an important city about 7 km away. Talsano is close to the Ionian coast of Taranto; the nearest beaches are about 3 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 300 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
