BEACH FRONT: 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms - 1 double suite + 2 single beds in each bedroom + sofa bed in the living room / living room and full individual kitchen with ocean view, we are literally "on the sand"!! 101 - 1st floor The space The apartment has split air conditioning in the bedrooms, a ceiling fan in the living room, a hairdryer in the suite, and an iron. The suite has a queen-size bed, the other two bedrooms have single beds that can be pushed together, thus accommodating 3 couples. The building has central heating and the bath is great and warm. We have exclusive access to the beach (on the sand) through a beautiful garden with 2 barbecue grills, beach chairs, sun loungers, shower and private bathroom. In addition to the two barbecue grills in the courtyard, we have an indoor barbecue grill with a stove and a wood oven. Distance of 05 to 10 minutes walking to the "downtown" (restaurants, markets, banks, stores, pharmacies, etc.). Services: Change of bed/bath linens every three days, beach chairs, sunshade, parking, Stand Up board, cable TV and Internet (Wi-Fi). * We do not offer breakfast, as our apartments have a full kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker and other utensils. Guest access Guests have access to the entire building, the use of the barbecue grills is subject to availability and reservation with the manager. Guests must leave the space clean or pay a cleaning fee. We lend skewers, grills, etc. Other things to note Total relaxation by the beach!!
