The space Outdoors and Swimming Pool Borgo Badia is immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by ancient olive trees in a small oasis of peace and calm. The property is surrounded by a large garden of ca. 10,000 m2, well-kept with cotto vases, flowers, bushes and a variety of trees, which is completely enclosed with bushes and metal fence. The farmhouse has a large stonework portico for outdoor meals with a large table and chairs, as well as 2 portable barbecues and a gazebo with table. The rectangular swimming pool, which measures 7 metres by 15 with a depth of 1-1.7m, is located in a beautiful garden with lawn and olive trees, in a quiet, panoramic position. There is a paved bathing area around the pool, with 10 sunbeds, 3 beach umbrellas, 5 parasol gazebos and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area is completed by a ping-pong table, a see-saw and a slide. All the external areas are all well-kept and maintained. Access to the property is via a footpath and gate. Interior The farmhouse (400 sq. mt.), made up of 5 units, has been completely renovated and carefully finished by the owners who left nothing to chance, taking care of even the smallest details in the furnishings, characterized by period pieces, rustic tables, wrought-iron beds, linen curtains, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor entrance leads to the main body, consisting of a living area with sofas, fireplace, TV, small study and laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board). Compared to the main entrance, with independent access from the portico, there are 2 apartments, one on the right and one on the left: "Abete" and "Il Pino", both consisting of living area with a table, TV, a kitchen corner (electric oven, cooking stove with 4 burners, small fridge with freezer, extractor fan, toaster, moka, blender, juicer, kettle), a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower. The entire “Abete” apartment, which is barrier-free, is suitable for the disabled.
