This three bedroom, one and half bath cottage offers sleeping for 6, a full kitchen including a dishwasher and open dining area. Relax outside in the screened porch or on the newly added stone seating area with a fire pit where you can enjoy fresh ocean air. The living room offers ample seating for all and a smart TV. Down the hall you'll find a newly renovated full-sized bath and the three bedrooms, one of which also features a half bath. Other amenities include gas grill, central air conditioning, internet, fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, yard games, and all linens - including beach towels! Small/Medium dog allowed with approval, payment of fee, and agreement of terms. Penalties will apply if a pet is brought without approval, payment, and agreement.
