A beautifully-converted oast house and barn with an indoor heated swimming pool on the edge of a rural Kent village. Sleeping up to 25 people, it’s a fantastic venue for group getaways and special celebrations with plenty of outdoor space. The Vineyard Oast 7 bedrooms – 1 family suite with a super-king-size and a single, 1 super-king-size, 2 doubles, 1 twin, 2 bunk bedrooms (one with an additional single bed and pull-out bed) 4 en-suite shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC 2 Electric ovens and 2 induction hob, American style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cafetieres available (no coffee machine) Ultrafast Fibre Broadband Children’s play area with swings, slides and trampoline Games room with pool table, dart board and table football and separate WC 4 Travel Cots and 4 Highchairs available to be used on either the Oast House or the Barn Hot tub (outdoor) Boating lake with rowing boat Wood burner (all logs included) Private parking for 6 cars 2 dogs welcome - downstairs only Shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance Charcoal BBQ and pizza oven Smart TV with Sky package in lounge and Bluetooth/CD player in the games room There is an additional pull-out bed in the bunk room for occasional use The Barn 3 bedrooms - family room with King size and double bed, 2nd family room with double and single, ground floor king size 3 en-suite shower rooms Electric oven and induction hob, under-counter fridge/freezer and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer Indoor heated swimming pool, with changing rooms, shower, WC, hot tub and deck chairs (Please note that pool/hot tub towels are not provided) The indoor heated swimming pool is 10 metres long and has a continuous depth of 1.4 metres No Stag or Hen parties Mid-week corporate stays welcome, please enquire Arrival: 16:00 onwards Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details Dogs are charged £20 each per full or part week 4 dogs are allowed.
