Screened in second story lanai & open-air deck offer plenty of space to dine and relax outdoors while enjoying the perfect view. Downstairs is unfurnished, but there are a bonus two additional roll-away beds. ***Note for Peak Season; Feb and March rentals can only be booked if the previous time-frame has been booked*** Common owned area at the east bay-end of the street with boat ramp for pontoon boats (shallow), two docks and bench. Perfect spot to watch dolphins play while drinking your morning coffee. Just cross Hickory Blvd for beach access #3 to enjoy the sugar white sand of the Gulf.
