Description

12 Merefell Road rests in Bolton Le Sands and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. 12 Merefell Road is a charming single-storey property featuring a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, and a modern shower room. The well-equipped kitchen/diner provides a comfortable space for meals, while the inviting sitting room, complete with an electric fire, offers a cozy retreat. Outside, the enclosed rear garden with a patio is perfect for relaxing. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Conveniently located, a shop is just 0.6 miles away, and the nearest pub is 0.3 miles. 12 Merefell Road is an excellent choice for a Lancashire break. Amenities: Central heating. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, extractor fan. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed rear garden with patio. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.3 miles Region: Benefitting from its Georgian capital city Lancaster, popular for its tourist attractions of Lancaster Castle, Williamson Park and the wonderful Way of the Roses cycling route, Lancashire offers a range of hidden gems you won't want to miss. With Blackpoo Town: Bolton le Sands is a small, sprawling village set back from the shores of Morecambe Bay, often forgotten because of its larger and busier neighbour Morecambe. With a nice selection of shops and pubs it is within easy reach not only of the fun seaside resort of Morecambe, but also of the quieter coastal villages of Silverdale and Heysham. Further afield, but still within very easy touring distance are the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland. Visit the refurbished railway museum in nearby Carnforth, location of the classic film Brief Encounter, then take the scenic trip along the coastal rail route from Carnforth to Barrow in Furness, stopping at picturesque towns along the way. For cyclists there are cycleways along the prom and inland to Caton and the river Lune, making this equally as good as both a touring centre and for those who enjoy the great outdoors.
