Annie Proulx,it is situated at the ocean front. It has 2 bed rooms, one bathroom,kitchen/dining/living area, patio doors and patio facing the ocean. Very Cozy and Funtional. Good for 4 people or less! Next door to the Atlantic Ocean where you can see icebergs floating by whales, seals, sea birds, sunrise , moonlight on the ocean . Have a beach fire, beach comb of sea glass , explore the Rocky seashore. People have told us they have seem also seen moose, foxes, minks , rabbits on this property. 12 acres of land with the three historic vacation rentals and an abundance of raspberries in the late summer!
