The main room includes a queen-size bed and a single bed, suitable for 3 guests, along with a spacious wardrobe and desk. The smaller room offers a full-size bed (140x200cm) for 2 guests, as well as a wardrobe and desk. In addition, the kitchen includes a sofa bed for 1 guest and is fully equipped with pots, saucepans, a microwave, toaster, Italian moka coffee machine, American-style coffee machine (instant coffee, not capsules), and tupperware for food storage. You also have access to the garage, where you can park one car. Please note that a guest resides full time on the first floor and he will access his apartment through the garage. The washer and dryer, located in the garage, are shared. There is an extra bathroom in the garage for your use. However, please be aware that accesing this bathroom requires going outside. Other things to note The apartment is brand new and beautifully decorated. However, there are two points I would like to mention to ensure you are fully informed before making your decision: 1. The apartment is situated near a provincial road. While it is not heavily trafficked, there may be some car noises in the early morning, which may not be ideal for those seeking complete quiet at night. I do provide ear plugs for your convenience. 2. The gate of the house is not very wide, which may pose a slight inconvenience for larger vehicles.
