Spacious and bright apartment with terrace and breathtaking views of Lake Iseo. Casa di Giulia consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living area with equipped kitchen and a fabulous living room. Conveniently located above the marina and within walking distance of downtown. The house, renovated in June ‘24, is furnished taking care of the smallest details and with every comfort. Outside the terrace is perfect for breakfast, relaxing in the sun, or a dinner with panoramic views of the lake. The space Entering the house you will be greeted by a large and bright living area from which you will admire the lake thanks to the large windows. In the living area you will find a living room, a sofa and if necessary a bed, smart TV, a dining table, a kitchen including every comfort: cutlery, kitchen utensils, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine with coffee pods. The hallway will introduce you to the other parts of the house on the right the double bedroom with private bathroom inside, shower, toilet, sink, mirror and washing machine. Next to it, on the other hand, you will find the second bedroom consisting of two single beds and upon request we can join them to have a double bed, an area with a desk and stools ideal for remote working, the whole is completed by a second bathroom including the same services as the main one. In addition to towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets and everything you need to make your stay perfect you will find a free welcome kit offered by us. In the living room and in the double bedroom there are two French doors that allow you to access the terrace or exit to the private outdoor area. What really makes this apartment unique is the magnificent view of Lake Iseo both from the inside thanks to the many windows of the living area and outside from the terrace. Guest access The apartment is in Via Nazionale 7/A and has two entrances. The first is directly at the address in Via Nazionale 7/A, which allows you to access the primary entrance useful for unloading luggage, while the second entrance is in Via Stradetta del Pensiero 6. In the second entrance, we have a covered garage for motorcycles, bicycles, you will evaluate on site if you possibly park a small car. In the nearby streets such as Via del Cantiere there are many free parking lots and in a few steps you can reach the entrance of the apartment. The second entrance will take you to the apartment via an external staircase. In both entrances you will have access through codes that we will provide you at the time of check-in.
