Pool Level This level houses the living room, dining room, kitchen, and pool. This level is the heart of the house, offering breathtaking sea views from every angle. This space is truly special, as it feels like being immersed in the sea. The combination of blues—sky, sea, and pool—is like a Monet painting and will leave you in awe. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors seamlessly integrate the living room and pool into a single, unified space, making it the coolest place to enjoy summer with friends, family, and guests. This area features a unique design detail, a true work of art: the ceiling is clad in steel sheets that shimmer in the sunlight, creating a magical atmosphere both day and night. Master Bedroom - Upper Floor The master bedroom is spectacular! It will fill you with the most beautiful sensations. 1,200 sq. ft. for maximum enjoyment, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and direct ocean views, where you'll mistake the sky for the sea and enjoy the ocean breeze. The room has special design touches such as the all-marble wall behind the bed, a Fendi rug, and Swarovski crystal lamps. The room has ample closet space. As a great amenity, the room has a jacuzzi on the terrace with direct ocean views, where you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets in the world. Lower Floor This floor is connected to the pool area by elevator and stairs. It features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, two of which offer direct ocean views. These comfortable rooms include a TV, dressing room, and safe. Two of the bedrooms have terraces, and the third has an exercise area with a treadmill. The Spa is also located on this floor, undoubtedly one of the best in Ibiza. It boasts a private entrance, a super comfortable and stylish area, and lighting on the walls and ceiling, along with a video and sound system. Here you can relax and enjoy the steam room and cold plunge pool with a hydromassage shower. Ground Floor In this floor you have an additional bedroom and the staff room. This floor is accessed via a spiral staircase designed exclusively for the Villa, referencing the staircase of the Guggenheim Museum in New York. This staircase is a true work of art and culminates in a beautiful olive tree. At night, the staircase is illuminated with colorful lights, making it very stylish. The bedroom is very special and charming. It has an in-suite bathroom and a designer bathtub with a view of the garden. It also has a sofa. the bathroom is decorated with an original natural stone of under the Villa. This bedroom includes a TV, closet, and safe. The staff room also has an in-suite bathroom, closet, and safe. This room can be used as a guest room; in most rentals, guests have used it, and it has been a good fit for everyone. * The house has parking for 8 cars or more. Other things to note 🏗️ Construction in the Condominium As is common in private residential areas across Ibiza, construction work may take place until July 1 and after September 1. During these periods, guests may notice construction activity or see cranes within the wider condominium. Please note: No construction of any kind is permitted during July and August properties adjacent to Mediterranean Villa are fully built. Over the past two years, no guests have reported issues related to construction noise or crane activity. However, we believe in being fully transparent. This is one of the most beautiful bedrooms in the Villa. Sixth Bedroom The sixth bedroom was originally designed as a staff room but can be comfortably used by guests. It accommodates two adults and includes a full bathroom and a small kitchenette. Please note: The villa’s boiler is located behind this room and may generate light noise when in use Due to the boiler, the room can become slightly warmer than the rest of the villa, and air conditioning may not always lower the temperature to the same level as other bedrooms Guests have stayed in this room without issue, but we believe it is important to clearly communicate these details. 🧹 Housekeeping Service Daily housekeeping service is included for 4 hours per day. Guests may extend this service upon request: 6 hours per day for an additional €100 per day 8 hours per day for an additional €200 per day 👨‍🍳 Chef Service A private breakfast chef service is included for up to 12 guests from April 24 to September 31, 2026.
