The space Our Cozy Studio suite is completely private and self contained with private key pad entrance & parking in the driveway. You'll love it and all our extra special touches! WIFI, full cable with Movies, Stingray music, Disney + & Prime. Nicely equipped kitchenette w/frig, stove, microwave, Keurig and food prep kitchen cart & quaint bistro table & chairs. Beautiful so comfy queen bed, electric fireplace, coffee table & loveseat pulls out into a twin bed for an extra guest! Bathroom has nice glass shower and a washer & dryer for your convenience. You have access to our great yard too! See guest access for details. Guest access The yard has a lovely, natural treed setting! There is a path down to Florence Lake at the end of our road for a nice stroll with your pet. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the wildlife in our quiet & private backyard & gazebo with firetable or have a backyard BBQ with our Pitboss BBQ/Smoker. Please let us know 24 hrs in advance if you'd like to use the yard so we can make sure you have it all to yourselves! Other things to note Langford is central to any area of Victoria you may want to explore. Downtown Victoria's many attractions or Butchart Gardens and Sidney are only 30 minutes away. Or head towards Sooke and go ziplining at AdrenaLine or check out some beautiful beaches & views at China, Botanical or Mystic Beaches.
