Casa Pacifica - Heart of Hermosa (300m to beach)

Casa Pacifica is a beautiful 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house located in the highly desirable neighbourhood of Playa Hermosa just north of Santa Teresa. We are proud to offer you our home in a tropical jungle environment. A three minute walk leads you to the stunning Pacific Ocean beach of Playa Hermosa where you can surf, swim or snorkel. Offering the best and quietest spot in the area, it is perfect for surfing at all levels. Perfect location for families & friends to escape and relax. The space Entering the house via the private patio with 3 day beds, a hammock, and a dinner table for 6, you'll walk into the kitchen and bar counter area. You'll arrive to a fully stocked home and inside you'll find 3 bedrooms (one with a desk space) and two bathrooms, along with additional access to the patio, and an additional fridge off the back of the house. Outside amenities outdoor shower, and surf rack. Guest access Our driveway is denoted by the wooden SHAKA sign hanging at the top of the road, with the Casa Pacifica parking immediately to the left, above the house. Other things to note The house is accessed by a driveway shared with Shaka Surf Retreat and one other private home. All three properties were built around the same time and are still maintained by the same owners. There's a strong sense of community on our little driveway, and so we ask that guests respect the quiet nature of our little haven and keep noise down after 9pm.
